A WORKSHOP ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND E-SALES EDUCATION WAS HELD, THE THIRD PILOT TRAINING OF MANİSA CELAL BAYAR UNIVERSITY UP-HOLD PROJECT.

Manisa Celal Bayar University, within the scope of the EU Project titled “Upsilling The Women in NEET: From Household Economies To Leading Enterprises (UP – HOLD) – Increasing Women’s Participation in the Labor Market by Developing Job Skills”, firstly offered Home Economics and FOY to women who are not in employment or education. training was given. After this training, digital competence training was given. A Workshop was held with successful businesswomen operating in Manisa for the Entrepreneurship and E-Sales trainings to be given in the 3rd week of September.

The workshop was hosted by the project team Prof.Dr. Hatice YURTSEVER, Project Researchers Assoc. Pınar PEHLIVAN and Dr. Lecturer Lale YAKUPOĞLU. To support the project team, Res. See. Ökkeş ÇELEN and Research Assistant. He worked at Selin GÖRENER.

The Workshop in question; project manager, Prof.Dr. It started with an informative presentation about the project-related activities and project objectives carried out by Hatice Yurtsever. Then, entrepreneurial businesswomen established in Manisa, who are successful in their fields, shared their success stories, the problems they encounter in their business life, and the advice they can give to people who will become new entrepreneurs.
In the trainings to be given in September at the Workshop, it was planned that successful businesswomen participating in the Workshop would be role models to the women who will receive training and convey their experiences and suggestions on entrepreneurship.
The project, coordinated by Istanbul Pendik Municipality and partnered with Manisa Celal Bayar University, together with Topcoach (Slovakia), Solidaridad Sin Fronteras (Spain) and Autokreacja (Poland), will be completed at the end of 2022.
