THE SECOND WORKSHOP ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND E-SALES TRAINING, THE THIRD PILOT TRAINING OF THE UP-HOLD PROJECT, WAS HELD WITH SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEURS.

Manisa Celal Bayar University, 2020 – 1 – TR01 – KA204 – 092949 Within the scope of the EU Project named “Upsilling The Women in NEET: From Household Economies To Leading Enterprises (UP – HOLD) – Increasing Women’s Participation in the Labor Market by Developing Job Skills”, Home Economics and Financial Literacy and digital competence trainings were given to women who were not in employment or education. The 2nd Workshop was held with successful business women operating in Manisa for the “Entrepreneurship and E-Sales Training” to be held on 06-07 October 2022, the third training of the related project.

Project Coordinator Prof. Dr. Hatice YURTSEVER, Project Researcher Dr. Lecturer Lale YAKUPOĞLU, Huriye Yılmaz Uslu from HM TURKIYE from Business World, Hatice Koçalp Yılmaz from Lenis Global Company and İlknur Sarıyer from Selsan Makine attended the 2nd Workshop hosted by Emel Uslu from Metis Kalıp Company.

At the workshop, Prof. Dr. Hatice Yurtsever gave information about all the works related to the project and emphasized that a training program will be written that will enable women to participate in business life with this project. Then she shared the content of the third training with successful businesswomen. She stated that the lack of motivation will be completed with the support of successful business women as role models for this project, and that it is important for them to share their success stories. Prof. Dr. Hatice Yurtsever programmed the third training by asking successful businesswomen many questions such as “Have you received any training related to your job?”, “Did you receive any encouragement or support from any institution during the business establishment process?”.
