To offer training activities to disadvantaged women to facilitate their inclusion in the labor market. The economic crises that have emerged throughout Europe in the last 20 years have led to the emergence of the concept of NEET, which refers to people who do not have access to any employment, school education and / or vocational training. With this project, it is aimed to facilitate women’s access to education and open education opportunities, to provide women’s entry to the job market and to provide modern and basic education methods where they can be permanent, and to increase the digital, financial and entrepreneurial competencies of NEET women.

In this EU project, which was awarded the grant support and is the coordinator of Istanbul Pendik Municipality, Prof. Faculty of Business Administration from Manisa Celal Bayar University. Dr. Hatice Yurtsever, Demirci Vocational School Lecturer Assoc. Dr. Pınar Pehlivan, Faculty of Education Dr. Faculty Member Metin Aşçı and Salihli Vocational School Dr. Lecturer Lale Yakupoğlu is working.
